In the aftermath of LA fires, many have found themselves needing space to process the weight of both personal and collective impact; I am not an exclusion to that. Tragedies of this scale generate a powerful emotional atmosphere—grief, fear, anger, confusion—that saturates our shared energetic field and affects us all, whether directly or indirectly. It’s common to experience a sense of hopelessness, emotional numbness, or the urge to withdraw as a way to cope with overwhelming pain.
