Supervision for Associates

We offer supervision for Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, providing a space where you can grow into the kind of therapist only you can become.

We believe that who you are—your personal qualities, emotional insight, life experience, spiritual development—shapes the work you do. Supervision is not only about building clinical skills, but also about supporting your growth as a person. When you trust the process of therapy, your clients, and your own capacity to sense and respond, something powerful unfolds. We encourage associates to engage in long-term therapy, as lived experience becomes a vital source of understanding and integrity in your role as a therapist.

Supervision is offered with cultural humility and a respect for mutual learning. Your background and lived experience are seen as essential to the clinical process. We emphasize presence, depth, and somatic awareness—supporting you in attuning to your nervous system, internal responses, and embodied experience.

Our work draws on psychodynamic and attachment theories, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, experiential methods, and parts work, all considered in light of your values and clinical instincts.

We don’t require session recordings or transcripts. Instead, learning happens through presence, reflection, and honest dialogue. We also support you in developing practical skills for private practice—marketing ethically, conducting consultations, setting fees, and navigating administrative and legal considerations.

If you're interested in joining us, please reach out to schedule an interview to learn more about the process, including compensation, scheduling, and what it’s like to be part of this space.
